SHIPPING POLICY

For the rare instance of a damaged or defective sign through shipping, sometimes accidents do happen.  If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediatley and within 48 hours @ [email protected] or calling us toll free at 1(626)818-4303.  A replacement will be shipped if we can confirm your sign is defective from our end. 

Cancellation Policy
If there is a cancellation of an order after we have begun production, there will still be a 20% charge of the total amount invoice.
RETURN POLICY
All of our custom neons are final sale. We are unable to accept returns because it was made especially for you! Even if you may have changed your mind, we still have hand bent and carefully crafted your sign and believe in our benders getting paid for their hard work! 
PAYMENT METHOD
Since the majority of our sales are through custom neons, we don’t offer check out on our site just yet.  Upon approval of prices and artwork, we will personally send you a PayPal invoice which you can pay with any major credit card!
